Cost of a complete turnkey operation:
You can have your very own franchise from R404 700 (including VAT)
Royalty = 8% or set minimum of R3000
Advertising contribution = 2%

Turnkey operation
The total cost payable to Multiserv provides a total turnkey operation that includes site selection, lease negotiation, store build out, shop fitting, equipment, signage, opening stock supply and cash flow planning.
Terms of Agreement
The initial up-front franchise fee of R60 000 excluding VAT secures a 10 year franchise term.

A standard store varies from 15-30 square metres
Training
Initial training consists of a simulated store environment aswell as classroom sessions at our training centre in Midrand, followed by in-store training if neccessary. The training centre also boasts a fully equipped computer training centre where franchisees and operators are trained to use the customized Multiserv point of sale system. Training is also provided on a continuous basis thereafter. The training provided is constantly updated to meet customer requirements.
Operational, Marketing and Technical Support
Multiserv has a well-trained operations support team that offers ongoing support in the form of regular store visits, reviews, audits, advertising and training. There is also a marketing team at your service to assist you with local marketing initiatives.
